The forty-ninth writer on the blog is..

The forty-ninth writer on the blog is Robert Garnham.

Rob builds guitars. Dozens of hand built electric and acoustic guitars hang around the walls and stand in constant use against amplifiers. Each is built in search of a unique sound, by close attention to the woods used, each has it’s strengths and weaknesses. Still more are built by the children of friends on “Hey let’s design and build electric guitars today!” kind of days”. Rob paints abstract impressionist views, often of the River Deben, from the deck of a houseboat. Tides come and go, years go around and around and Rob paints. Other days he records music, plays in bands, rides motorcycles. He also refurbishes bathrooms in rich London houses, which he hates doing, so whenever possible plunges back into art,  blogging, producing videos, writing songs and getting to know the cello he purchased on impulse from Ebay. Rob lives in Suffolk.
